I have always heard good things about Donaldson’s. My wife and I went there this past Sunday to look at a new Volkswagen. The receptionist was very polite. A gentleman asked if we needed help and we said yes. He was going to get a salesperson to assist us.Thirty minutes later still no salesperson to assist us. We did notice several watching the football game another testing out ring tones.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, so they were my first choice when I decided to purchase a new car. This time around I was helped by David Clark, a wonderful salesman. David was super knowledgeable, very kind and patient with me. From the test drive, to filling out paperwork and picking up my new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother and easier experience. I highly recommend Donaldsons.
